Jorge Luis Perdomo promoted as Deputy Prime Minister and Mayra Arevich as Minister of Communications.

At the proposal of the President of the Republic, the Council of State adopted the following agreements: Release comrade Roberto Morales Ojeda as vice prime minister, on the occasion of his transition to professional activity in the Party. Promote Jorge Luis Perdomo Di-Lella, who served as Minister of Communications since July 2018, to vice prime minister. Comrade Perdomo is an engineer in Electronics and Telecommunications. Promote to the position of Minister of Communications Mayra Arevich Marín, who held the responsibility of Executive President of the Telecommunications Company ETECSA since 2011. Comrade Mayra is a Telecommunications Engineer.

Three Decree-Laws on telecommunications, companies and social security are approved in Cuba.

At the meeting, headed by the head of the National Assembly of People's Power, Esteban Lazo Hernández, and which had the participation, by videoconference, of the President of the Republic of Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, and the Prime Minister, Manuel Marrero Cruz, the members of this body approved the Decree-Law of Telecommunications, Information and Communication Technologies, and the Use of the Radioelectric Spectrum. This legislation will contribute to the computerization of the country, to technological sovereignty, to the efficient management of the radioelectric spectrum; to counteract radioelectric and cyberspace aggressions, to safeguard the principles of security and invulnerability of telecommunications for the benefit of the economy, society, National Security and Defense, Internal Order and Civil Defense, and to defend the achievements achieved by our socialist state, highlighted the site of the Cuban Parliament.

Approved the Quality Model for the Development of Computer Applications MCDAI as a Cuban standard.

At the headquarters of the Ministry of Communications, Subcommittee 7 on Software and Systems Engineering * approved the Quality Model for the Development of Computer Applications (MCDAI) as a Cuban standard. On the official Facebook page of Subcommittee 7 on Software and Systems Engineering, he reported: Subcommittee 7 approved the #MCDAI as a Cuban standard. The organizations, #MINCOM, #CALISOFT, #DATYS, #GEIC, #DESOFT, # TECNOMÁTICA, # SEGURMÁTICA, #SOFTEL, #CUJAE participated. It is the fruit of the work of almost 10 years of scientific research, which are collected in 11 master's theses, 25 scientific articles and the endorsement of its successful implementation in 4 organizations.
