Standard on quality of computer systems and applications approved.

The branch standard NRCM 3-1: 2020 Quality Requirements for Computer Systems and Applications has been approved by Resolution 87 of the Ministry of Communications of Cuba. The draft standard branch has been prepared, as a technical scientific result, by the National Center for Software Quality, CALISOFT, and has been reconciled with the Technical Committee for Standardization 18 of Information Technologies, in particular its subcommittee 7 of Engineering of Software, integrated by most of the most important developer companies, including MINFAR and MININT. It has been prepared with the aim of providing knowledge and technical foundations for employment by: The National Accreditation Body of the Republic of Cuba, in its mission of carrying out the accreditation of the laboratories for the evaluation of computer applications, systems and software products

Desoft participates in the Preparation Workshop of the Informatics Platform for energy management in Cuba..

In order to discuss the proposed platform for energy management for Cuban companies, the workshop was held at the Hotel Meliá Habana, sponsored by the National Office for the Control of the Rational Use of Energy (Onure) and the Organization of the United Nations for Industrial Development (UNIDO). On behalf of Desoft, as developer of the Platform, its director Luis Guillermo Fernández Pérez intervened, who explained about the company's products and services from its digital transformation. The Energux software was also presented, a system for the management and control of energy carriers, including electricity and its backup equipment, lubricants, fuels and their consumption rates in equipment, gas and water.

Desoft among the shareholders of the Matanzas Scientific and Technological Park.

With the aim of raising the quality of life, the participation of the population in government management, production and services, the Mercantile Society of the Matanzas Scientific and Technological Park was recently established. Several institutions signed as shareholders, among them the Desoft Computer Applications Company in the person of its General Director, Luis Guillermo Fernández Pérez. This is the second park of this type created in Cuba after the enactment of the legal norm approved to promote science and innovation management in the country. The event, based at the University of that province, was attended by several vice ministers of the country and government authorities of that territory.
