Desoft, a different anniversary.

This February 9, the company celebrates 23 years of creation. It is not a closed birthday, but it has a special connotation, for the context in which it is celebrated. Covid 19, which we have been dealing with since almost a year ago, it imposed on us unimaginable challenges. Also Homework Ordinance, from the end of 2020 and the beginning of this, summons us to intense work. However, we can say with satisfaction that we meet many of our goals. There are the citizen portals, the advances in national projects, the emergence of new commitments strategies for the development of the country and the first export contracts of services, which include forms of non-state management, among others. In all these months, the company has maintained its vitality with the teleworking and remote work in compliance with health measures, in the offices or when we go to the clients' headquarters.

Desoft expands its work with the Dofleini Group.

The Computer Applications Company, Desoft signed a new export contract with the Dofleini Group, dedicated to providing custom software, providing expertise and technical support in business solutions, and engineering and developing computer products for customers. The first document initialed with this form of non-state management (fgne) was made in October last year, with the purpose of exporting software development services for the Spanish market.

Desoft expands its work in the Granma province.

Maintaining, consolidating and increasing the links it currently has with national clients, and promoting the export of services and the computerization of Cuban society, are the main lines of work in 2021 of the Granma division of the computer applications company Desoft. Despite the economic effects caused to Cuba by the blockade of the United States of North America and the Covid-19 pandemic, last year the entity obtained satisfactory results in terms of monetary income, thanks to the dedication to work and initiatives of those in it work, says its director, Gabriel Solano Zamora In the indicated period, the manager pointed out, Desoft in Granma continued to act in important programs in which it works, for example, Citizen Portal in local government bodies, and began the exploration of external markets for the export of services, presented to high performance specialist bidding, of which two were approved.
