Telecommunications in Cuba play an essential role for development.

Betting on digital transformation, accompanied by the computerization and digitalization of processes and services for the people, constitutes a priority for the Cuban Ministry of Communications (Mincom) in 2024.

Regarding the electronic payment platform Transfermóvil, he explained that it already has more than four million users and that a tool like the Mobile Wallet has been widely received by people.
