ICT in the Management and Innovation of Organizations in Informatics 2022.

Among the events of the 2022 Computing Convention, to be held from March 21 to 25 at the Havana Convention Center, is the workshop "ICT in the Management and Innovation of Organizations", organized by the Company of Computer Applications Desoft.

The event has three main thematic lines: Digital transformation of entities, Safe generation and exploitation of technologies, and Knowledge management and innovation in organizations.

It is organized by a Scientific Committee made up of representatives of the most important universities and companies that develop computer solutions in Cuba and prestigious Cuban and foreign specialists will participate as speakers, lecturers and analysts.

Prior to this event, two pre-congress courses dedicated to Ddevelopment will be held remotely on the Odoo platform and introduction to Angular. They convene the Convention and International Computer Fair 2022.

The 2022 International Computing Convention and Fair, in its 18th edition, will take place from March 21 to 25, at the Palacio de Convenciones, Havana, Cuba, and from the virtual platforms hosted on the site www.informaticahabana.cu. The Scientific Committee of the event highlights as important dates the presentation of papers until December 23, 2021; the notification of acceptance until January 21, 2022; while the submission of works for publication will be on February 11, 2022. Informatics 2022 will feature nine events that will address the following topics: Telecommunications, Management and innovation of organizations, Informatics from the community; Computer Science and Information, Information Technology Security; Industry of Software, Electronics, Automation and Robotics, Technologies, Electronic Commerce and Digital Contents and Geomatics and Geocuba. On this occasion, the event will facilitate participation in activities in virtual and face-to-face mode. This novelty allows the attendance of a greater number of people, even if they are in different places and countries, in addition the information and the courses become more accessible. The following are conceived as scientific activities: lectures (typically in panels), round tables, keynote lectures, and pre- and post-congress courses. It is worth highlighting the three Special Sessions, which will take place in Informatics 2022: The History of Informatics and Computing in Latin America and the Caribbean; the Workshop "Business University in ICT" and the Workshop "Observatory and Digital Transformation".

Presentation of Fevexpo in Cuban virtual event.

As part of the 2021 Economic Productive Day organized virtually from October 7 to 28 in Cuba, the virtual platform for events and fairs FEVEXPO developed by the Desoft Computer Applications Company was presented. Ariadna Curbelo García, director of the Territorial Division of the company in the Cuban capital, highlighted in her presentation that one of the advantages of this solution is its adaptability to the interests of event organizers. He also pointed out the directive that was developed on Odoo technology, based on the company's development strategy for the search for technological sovereignty through the use of free software.
