Desoft shows experiences in Workshop on Good Practices for export

27 December 2020 | For: Desoft Communication Group

The Business Group for Information Technology and Communications (Geic) organized a Workshop on Good Practices for export where the entities that make it up participated. In the case of the Computer Applications Company, Desoft presented the transformation strategy to strengthen this activity where it analyzes the challenges of Cuban organizations, their strengths and the lines to follow to succeed. Among the challenges, Desoft recognizes the obsolescence of our computer equipment, the blockade suffered by Cuba to access technologies available on the Internet, while the high capacity to assimilate new technologies at an accelerated rate, replicate the knowledge acquired and be inserted into the work dynamics of the commercial partner, competitive rates and the country strategy to strengthen the business sector and promote exports. As strategic lines to achieve export, Desoft recommended certifying the software development model of companies under the standards of international quality standards, generating exportable capacity from having a portfolio of professionals with required skills, having procedures that provide the company of efficient management in exports and capacities for the production chain, strengthening and guiding the R + D + I activity to the need to generate distinctive competencies in the international market, as well as to improve marketing management. The company was represented in that workshop by Luis Jorge Fernández Trujillo, director of the Integrative Division, deputy director Daisy Diana Vargas Vento and specialist Isabel Águila.
