With the fundamental premise of checking the current status of the implementation of the Cuban Fine Control and Management System (CGM) to date, a meeting was held through videoconference between the national direction of the activity and its system throughout the territory national. With the leadership of Heidi Bas Sosa, Director of Fines of the Ministry of Finance and Prices, Lourdes Perojo Martínez, Deputy Director of DESOFT DIN Project and Yasmiany Marrero Moreno, National Coordinator of the CGM system; as well as with the participation of Liana Veloz Serrade, Acting Director of Computerization of the Ministry, the Coordinators of the Provincial Administration Councils (CAP) that attend the implementation of the System; Provincial Directors of Finance and Prices, specialists and officials who attend the activity of fines in the provinces and of the Integral Directorate of Supervision and Control (DISC), the current status and incidents of the activity pending to date in the provinces of Havana, Mayabeque, Matanzas, Cienfuegos and Sancti Spíritus. Today, 91 municipalities, 54.7% of the country's total, are working on the system for the Control, Collection and Management of Fines. Havana is at 13.3%; Mayabeque at 27.2%; Kills at 38.5%; Cienfuegos at 87.5% and Sancti Spíritus, at 75%. For its part, the provinces of Artemisa are beginning in the process of implementation, Villa Clara will do so from October 19; Guantánamo is working to start the process that must conclude before October 30 and Ciego de Ávila remains pending for the month of November when the conditions of the epidemic allow it; it was ratified during the exchange. At another point in the virtual meeting, the analysis was on the beginning of the deployment in the Finance and Price Taxing Entities and the Integral Supervision and Control Directorate of the Las Tunas province as a pilot test. Before concluding, there was a debate about the prospect of the project of making payments for contraventions electronically and it was explained that at the moment it is in a phase of development and coordination between the Computer Applications Company DESOFT and Transfermóvil.
