The Internal Government Management system is a modular solution that provides tools for the management of government processes at different levels of subordination: municipal, provincial and national, facilitating their performance. This solution is part of the Electronic Government project that Desoft is developing in support of the computerization of Cuban society, providing effective tools for the development of its management and performance analysis at different levels, from the delegate to the national assembly.

As it is deployed in the Desoft Digital Ecosystem, it takes advantage of the facilities of computer systems in the "cloud" and facilitates access from all over the country with connectivity services available. This system is currently in operation in a significant number of territories in the country.

Based on Desoft's experience of more than 10 years in the computerization of these processes and the collaborative work developed with the National Assembly of People's Power and the provincial governments, this system today has the following modules:

• Accountability Management: Manages all the tasks carried out before, during and after the process of accountability of the delegates to their constituents, starting with the meeting program, the daily reports, the minutes, the samplings and ending with the summary. end of the process.
• Delegates 'Office: Organizes and controls the requests and proposals that are generated in the delegates' offices with their electors, managing to speed up the responses of the Municipal and Provincial directors of the People's Power Bodies to the population.
• Management of Approaches: Controls and processes the proposals presented by the population in the Accountability meetings, and in the offices of the voters with their delegates in their area or those that were notified by the citizens through the citizen portals.
• Offices of the Presidency: Manages the process of Dispatches of the direction of the Municipal Assemblies with the delegates, in addition, the proposals of the delegate and the orientations, indications or recommendations on the part of the direction of the Assembly.
• Attention to the Population: It manages all the complaints, requests, complaints and suggestions generated by the population, allowing to carry out the procedures with the entities, organizations or persons in charge of finding a solution to the case. The dispatches made by the president of the assembly with some cases are also processed and followed up.
• National Consolidated: It allows the automatic consolidation of the information generated in the different modules previously exposed, as well as the management of information that flows from the nation to the municipalities. It also provides graphical reports and maps for further analysis and decision making.
