As part of the exchange organized by the Computer and Communications Business Group (Geic) with the Commission for Attention to Services of the National Assembly, this Wednesday a visit was made to the headquarters of the Computer Applications Company Desoft, in the Cuban capital.
Participating in the meeting were Tamara Valido Benitez, president of the Commission, Ariadne Plascencia Castro, president of Geic, Dany Valiente Prieto, General Director of Desoft, as well as other representatives of the company's Board of Directors.
Among the topics addressed was the organizational transformation of Desoft, exports and computer solutions available to promote computerization and digital transformation in our country.
The company created the Internal Government Management system, it is a modular solution that provides tools for the management of government processes at different levels of subordination: municipal, provincial and national, facilitating their performance. This solution is part of the Electronic Government project that Desoft develops in support of the computerization of Cuban society, providing effective tools for the development of its management and the analysis of performance at different levels, from the delegate to the national assembly. Being deployed in the Desoft Digital Ecosystem, it takes advantage of the facilities of computing systems in the “cloud” and facilitates access from the entire country by providing connectivity services.
