The 2022 Informatics Convention and Fair is consolidated as the most important space of its kind in the country. The XVIII edition will be held from March 21 to 25 in a face-to-face/virtual hybrid modality, with greater weight in the virtual modality.
Participation can be (in both modalities) as a speaker, lecturer or course professor in the scientific convention; as an exhibitor at the exhibition fair and as an exhibitor of projects that are winners of the ICT Panorama contest in Cuba. In addition, bearing in mind that the Convention constitutes an excellent opportunity for up-to-date training, it is possible to register as a participant or attend the courses that are taught.
The Virtual Fair: The Fair will take place in a virtual format, through the Fevexpo platform, to exhibit products, services, solutions and interact with other participants in the event, whether they are other exhibitors or visitors.
This novelty will enhance assistance from anywhere in the world. It will be a space for the exchange of experiences and information between exhibitors, businessmen, government representatives and international organizations, establishing strategic alliances between national and foreign entities that contribute to the strengthening of the software industry.
Encouraging, in this way, the use and development of Cuban open source software applications and platforms. It will also have a virtual business forum, for the presentation of solutions in the modalities of commercial conferences, workshops and other activities that allow the exchange and exhibition of new results.
Two forms of participation have been designed: exhibitor or visitor. Those interested must register on the event website, complete their data and select the modality with which they wish to participate. It will have one (or several) pavilion(s) distributed by country and will be made up of three stand models: premium, medium and basic.
Similarly, as in previous editions, the Organizing Committee of the fair invites all exhibitors to opt for Awards in the categories of: – Government and electronic commerce services and applications. – Cybersecurity solutions. – Robotic, electronic and automatic solutions and applications. –Management solutions, services and telecommunications infrastructure. This will be a unique experience, where the main representatives of the Cuban and foreign technological community coincide. An opportunity to learn, first-hand, about trends; innovative solutions; business models and key brands.
