23 February 2021 | For: Desoft Communication Group
Every February 24, the Communications, Informatics and Electronics Workers' Day is celebrated. This day marks the first official broadcast of Radio Rebelde in the Sierra Maestra in 1958, which marked a before and after in revolutionary action, demonstrating the importance of professionals in the sector. In the current context that Cuba lives, marked by the current process of computerization and the massive and strategic use of Information and Communication Technologies, workers in the Information Technology and Telecommunications sector constitute a key piece, whose dedication, commitment , professionalism, creativity and innovation have made possible the successful advance of the institutions and the achievement of the objectives proposed by the country's top management. There is still much to advance, the growing vicissitudes and deficiencies that we face are not unrelated to, but there are plenty of reasons to celebrate, since we have a human capital capable of overcoming every obstacle and contributing with their knowledge and talent to increase productivity, improve the life of citizens and achieve the effective implementation of the computerization process in the country. As stated by our General Director, Luis Guillermo Fernández Pérez, priorities for this year are the Electronic Government Project, the accelerated implementation of the ERP Zoom Cuban Localization of Odoo for the management of organizations and the search for exportable products and services. For all that has been said and in commemoration of the historic moment that was celebrated today, we wish you many congratulations. !
