During the recognition activity for the most outstanding workers of the Computer Applications Company in 2020, its General Director Luis Guillermo Fernández Pérez expressed that Desoft is nothing like the entity that started this year, because the situation of Covid 19 has forced to be more creative. According to the manager, the results of this work are appreciated because in November the plan readjusted with the Covid was fulfilled and in December it was overcompiled. The plan originally proposed for this year will also be met. Fernández Pérez stressed "this can only be achieved with a group aware of its functions, determined to get things done and to explore collective intelligence without fear of change." Regarding the process of monetary and exchange unification in Cuba, he stressed that it will be a complicated task but the company must come out of it strengthened and turn 2021 into a year of takeoff for Desoft.
